Duties and Responsibilities:
The IP Telephony Specialist is expected to work with IT Synergy IP Telephony System, EvolvE, be able to configure/manage all issues related to it.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities

•Responsible for all aspects of maintaining, configuring, and maintaining the VoIP network, using ITSYN EvolvE IP-PBX.
•Define the requirements for the development and maintenance of architecture concepts/strategies for Unified Communications.
•Apply a systems engineering approach to ensure that mission objectives and system criteria requirements are fulfilled.
•Design, implementation, integration and operation of VoIP platforms.
•Resolving complex Computer Telephony incidents and problems.
•Designing, optimizing, implementing and troubleshooting VOIP Solutions.
•Responsible for managing and training organization on the usage of Snom, Yealink IP phones, soft-phones, etc.
•Analyze business requirements in order to design and implement infrastructure solutions using voip open source technologies.
•Performs other related duties as required.
