Secretaries maintain official company records and execute
administrative policies determined by, or in conjunction with, other
officials.
Education Experience:

| three-to-five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and |
Essentials and Duties:
Preparing
memoranda outlining and explaining administrative procedures and
policies for the supervisor's approval , Planning conferences ,
Directing preparation of documents such as notices, minutes and
resolutions for stockholders , Acting as custodian of corporate
documents and records , Scheduling appointments, giving information to
callers, taking dictation, composing and typing correspondence, reading
and distributing incoming mail, plus other administrative and clerical
duties.
