RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle walk in customers
• Follow-up on customer cases
• Manage billing problems
• Manage technical problems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a Bachelor Degree
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• 0-1 year of Experience.
