GENERAL SUMMARY

Develop and implement business strategies and plans for the organization’s growth both domestically and internationally.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
• Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services.
• Determine new opportunities with existing client that can benefit from our Company’s services.
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
• Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
• Build referral and lead generation network.
• Forecast long and short-range market potential.
• Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies
• Facilitate optimum utilization of resources e.g. material, machine, people, money, ..etc through effective management to accomplish the desired  outcome.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
• Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
• At least 6 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
