Front Office Manager

Role:

-	Supervises the role of the receptionists in both shifts
-	Trains new candidates for driver's briefings
-	Monitor the registry of all customers
-	Monitors guest pick up
-	Ensure complete customer satisfaction
-	Ensures that all phone reservation & requests are being fulfilled
-	Merchandise sales
-	Revises the excel sheet after each shift

Qualifications:

-	High responsibility
-	Motivated & punctual
-	Good English (written and spoken), preferable second language (Italian, or Russian)
-	Good computer skills
-	Minimum 2 years experience in F.O or guest relations is preferable
-	Good looking, motivated, punctual and active
-	Up selling skills
-	High communication skills
