Marketing Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY

Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1- Develop Eva Pharma marketing strategy to meet corporate objectives at both local and international level.
2- Oversee and evaluate market researches and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market dynamics and conditions in each region.
3- Manage development of all Eva Pharma related marketing materials including text, graphics, animation, video, & audio
4- Determine best use of marketing data to identify desired target audiences and directs appropriate campaigns on that basis.
5- Work with executive team and other Eva Pharma staff as appropriate to develop a master plan for marketing collateral.
6- Regularly Study Eva Pharma current product portfolio and recommend divestment of unattractive and investment in other potential brands.
7- Recommend new products for registration in barrel with the corporate objectives and vision. In this activity marketing director should work closely with R&D people.
8- Work closely with the regulatory and export departments to design a products' portfolio for each country that meets the marketing and sales objectives of the corporate & matches the regulatory and pricing policies of each country.
9- Manage the marketing staff and when appropriate work with outside agencies to produce marketing collateral.
10- Recruit, manage, coach, support, and monitor development of direct reports.
11- Recommend related training for the marketing team insuring continuous improvement and monitor the effect of these training on efficiency, professionalism and productivity.
12- Attend workshops, training, conferences, &/or seminars aiming to have more professional approaches to related subjects that help achieving/manage concurrent and future corporate objectives/changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1- Bsc. degree in pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine.
2- 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
3- Advanced marketing studies or MBA will be an asset.
