Head
Tellers supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in
receiving and paying out money, and keep records of transactions.
Education Experience:

| three-to-five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and |
Essentials and Duties:
| Assigning duties and work schedules to tellers to ensure efficient functioning of the department , Approving cheques for payment , Attending to customer complaints , Examining tellers' reports of daily transactions for accuracy , Consolidating and balancing daily transactions , Ensuring supply of money for the bank's needs based on legal requirements and business demand , Counting and recording cash in vault , Issuing written and oral instructions , Studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency of subordinate tellers , Maintaining harmony among subordinates and resolving grievances , Preparing composite reports from individual reports of subordinates. |
