Job Summary:

Sales Supervisors supervise and coordinate activities of sales
employees taking customer orders for products by telephone, mail, or in
person.
Education Experience:
| Bachelor's degree (e.g. B.A., from university) |
| three-to-five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and |
Essentials and Duties:
| Consulting with sales, technical, delivery, or administrative staff, and advising customers , Checking completed orders for errors or omissions , Training Sales Clerks in order-taking procedures and customer relations techniques, and advising them of new or revised information on products such as product features, pricing, credit, and delivery , Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules and expediting workflow , Issuing written and oral instructions , Maintaining harmony among subordinates and resolving grievances , Preparing composite reports from individual reports of subordinates , Attending to errors and complaints. |
