3. Escalation: Routing problems to their concerned teams and follow up with respective teams regarding resolution.
4. Reporting: Submit reports of problems resolution actions, areas for improvements and other periodic reports.
5. Confirmation: Confirm the technical resolution of the complaints.
Also he has to generate reports on technical teams? KPI performance and spots any degradation while providing recommendations for enhancement. The same for network KPIs based on network performance triggered by customer complaints.
