Job description
Maintain the retail goals by exceeding the customer expectation,
achieve the sales quota; adhere to the policies and procedure parallel
with company values & strategy.
Key responsibilities
1- Achieving his/her individual Sales monthly target, net activation 100% (Quantitative).
2- Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work.
3- Enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.
4- Handle customers? inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
5- Sell Etisalat products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
6-Promote handsets and accessories.
7-Ensure compliance to policies & procedures.
8- Handle and keep records of cash & inventory to maintain
accurate data that can be used for the 2nd shift and daily reports.
9- Prepare reports including briefing, daily activity, closing sheet & follow up.
10- Positive and effective involvement in implementing the retail plan.
11-Handling all paper work which is reported to the different company departments.
Qualifications
- University Degree in retailed field.
- Fresh Grad or Minimum 1 - 2 years of Experience
- Area of experience: Sales (in direct shops or service industry)
- Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Very good computer skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Good selling & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
