Job description
Role Objective
Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, identify and correct deficiencies, enhance strengths and promote professionalism.
Key responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
?Conduct projects and assignments.
?Gather data and compile various reports for management.
?Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationshipswith other departments.
?Direct all correspondence and mail to the appropriate staff members.
?Assist in planning and preparation of meetings.
?Maintain an adequate inventory of office stationary.
?Create and develop a centralized filing system for all department paper work.
?Keep record of staff meetings, producing official minutes.
?Develop and maintain an administrative system for due dates, expiration dates, and action dates.
?Meet frequent deadlines and meet all reporting obligations.
?Manage all correspondence directed as well as bulk mailing
?Fill request forms for all team members
?Provide notification and follow up for all forms and correspondence as well
?Keep track of important deadlines of all kinds
?Provide orientation for newly hired staff
?Responsible for creating/follow-up/editing all PRs and RFQs for all team members.
?Review outgoing correspondence prepared by other staff for consistency and format
?Compose/type memorandums and letters
?Establish a positive tone and attitude in the office

Qualifications
- ? University Degree in Bachelors of Arts, English Literature, Mass Communication, or any other related field
- ? Minimum 3 to 6 years experience
- ? Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
- ? Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
