Job description
To manage the process of insurance operations for the company in adherence to the applicable policies
Key responsibilities
1. Lead complex negotiations to ensure the consistency of workflow.
2. Manage insurance quotations including medicals scheme and coverage required for the company periodically.
3. Review the insurance policies & procedures in terms of accuracy and coverage.
4. Order policy changes as required providing adequate and necessary coverage for new locations and exposures.
5. Manage and handle the annual renewal process of the Insurance policies to ensure consistency of workflow.
6. Establish methods for managing work by measuring success and encourage responsible risk to achieve desired results
7. Complete work assignments promptly and efficiently to ensure the consistency of workflow.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years Experience
- Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
