Job description
Assist the store Manager in Operate and Manage Etisalat outlet,
exceeding the sales and profitability of the stores by accomplishing
sales goals and targets. Manage the end to end branch activities of
selling, collection and customer care. Manages the Sales Team to
contribute the growth of the company market share.
Key responsibilities
1. Assist with the store manager in Setting and developing the sales
plans to achieve store Sales Target, net activation 100% (Quantitative).
2. Monitor and maintain daily, monthly, Quarterly and Annual achievements to ensure year over year Growth 10%.
3. Monitor and enhance the year over year ARPU Growth.
4. Present and explain the sales target and plans to all staff.
5. Deliver world class customer experience & Improve customer service, productivity and quality.
6. Ensure the high level quality and accuracy of service & sales provided (Qualitative).
7. Ensure High Product & Service knowledge among staff.
8. Handling escalated customer inquires and complaints.
9. Meet the Store look and feel standards.
10. Adhere to the company policy and procedures.
11. Stock level handling (Optimum stock, physical count & Hand over).
12. Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of sales, methods, and results.
13. Contributes in forecasting and planning with the Retail Regional Manager
14. Recommends the store sales staff promotions and appraisals.
15. Recommends salary increase for sales staff in the Outlet.
16. Monitor the Floor Management according to the Outlet Design Concept.
17. Coordinate with the training department for training needed.
18. Motivate sales staff to exceed Retail Sales Dept. objectives and KPI.
19. Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the outlet.
Qualifications
- University Degree in related field
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in retail industry (GSM recommended)
- Area of experience: Sales
- Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Excellent communication skills
