Key responsibilities
1. Excellent in the MW & Optical Transmission Field (Planning,
implementation and O&M) with constantly strives to strengthen and
refine professional effectiveness.
2. More than 10 years experience with MW & Optical Transmission
equipments (PDH/SDH, DWDM, OTN Technology, ASON and synchronization
equipments, IP MW, NMS ?etc).
3. Working knowledge of MW Theories and Fiber Cable Standards plus IP fundamentals & standards
4. Exposure in monitoring the respective teams in the development,
installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the main network
elements in network platforms and their peripherals.
5. Adept at communicating with superiors, subordinates,
vendor/sub-contractor and internal departments to coordinate overall
project efforts.
6. Participate in the technical evaluation of various operations so
that the option is selected will be operationally the most feasible to
implement while also meeting business requirements.
7. Participate in the technical evaluation of various operation and
maintenance and defining the appropriate KPI and SLA for the Tx network.
8. Prepare technical recommendations, guidelines, and progress
reports for issues related to design and optimization of transmission
core & access networks.
9. Excellent experience in the OSS support of fixed and mobile telecommunication networks.
10. Excellent experience in telecommunication operations management
including end-to-end service assurance and service fulfillment with
focusing on improving customer experience.
11. Focus on Quality & Accuracy, Productivity, Safety, Confidentiality, negotiation, Analytical skills.
12. Support in developing new services or opportunities.
13. Knowledge of 2G,3G & WiMAX network entities
14. Backbone Transmission Capacity Planning and dimensioning as per business plan
15. IP/Ethernet Backhaul Transmission Planning and dimensioning
16. Expert in Microwave Frequency Planning and interference analysis
17. IP/Ethernet Backhaul Transmission Planning
18. Production of High Level and Low Level Network Designs (HLD/LLD)
19. Ability to Network Plan Presentations
20. Preparing project execution plan and tracking rollout process
21. Expert in Developing solution for Network topology and protection planning
