?Expanding ETISALAT current channel landscape products and services
with overall company objectives in order to raise acquisitions
nationwide, and to close the gap between ETISALAT and competitors.
?Growing ETISALAT customers while maintaining our profitability and supply chain efficiency.
?Offering ETISALAT customers basic products & service conveniently.
?Set & develop smart KPI?s for suppliers.
?Develop sales strategy for the D2D and Vans channels based on market needs, competitive situation and company objectives.
?Monitoring both the commercial & financial aspects between the
suppliers and agents & making the appropriate recommendations.
?Develop & submit P&L analysis of the channel in order to
determine the profitability earned and whether we need to expand or
reduce the current force of Vans and D2D reps., also set forecast
figures for the future.
?Set forecasted budget for all expenditures that include any fixed
or variable payments, giveaways fees, supplier fees for our channel, in
addition to any marketing activities fees required for the tactical
moves (ie. Summer locations, triple power project).
?Setting routing plan for D2D and Vans to cover all regions nationwide over the year.
?Setting sales targets & quota allocation per supplier per van per D2D team.
?Manage, lead and motivate the suppliers team directly and
indirectly in order to achieve the department objectives and company as
well through setting the monthly route plan to cover all regions and
potential areas.
?Achieve department quota and guarantee a strong channel fill for ETISALAT.
?Covering with the team all Vans and D2D reps with trade visits.
?Maintain ETISALAT products stock levels and availability in Vans and D2D channels.
?Maintain a strong relationship with ETISALAT agents? management and
coordinate with them to reach the desired availability through a right
consignment for the suppliers.
?Ensure the successful execution of the route plan.
?Guarantee the visibility of ETISALAT brand in the Vans and proper uniform of the D2D team.
?Guarantee the visibility of ETISALAT pos materials in Vans and D2D mini Vans.
?Arrange the branding priorities according to the budget.
?Allocating the most appropriate messages on the Vans setup and layout in accordance with the marccom team.
?Prepare & develop the suitable business cases & memos to be
submitted to the top management in order to develop & facilitate
our business according to the market needs
?Submitting daily & weekly & monthly sales report to the management
?Monitoring the sales achievement versus targets set in order to take proper action to achieve the targets.
Developing & documenting different work procedures that involve the financial settlements between suppliers and agents.
?Daily contacts with the suppliers account managers and area
supervisors in order to facilitate the daily operation inside the
account, maintain good relationship with them, and take corrective
actions in a proper time.
?Handling cross function tasks through coordinating with different
departments (marketing segments, marcom , dealers team, consumer
operation, procurements, legal, finance, decision support team) in order
to agree on any new process that facilitates our business and inform
different departments especially marketing and consumer sales operations
with market feedback concerning our products and services.
Key responsibilities
?Ensure sales fulfilment elements by
?Communicating ETISALAT new promos by installing new messages and remove old one as per marketing calendar.
?Ensure that D2D and Vans sales reps are dedicated and represent able with a very good products & services knowledge.
?Ensure products availability.
?Follow up tailored propositions implementation (i.e. special giveaways for different products).
?Find development areas that require continuous evaluation to ensure achieving objectives.
?Carry out ?Plan vs. Actual? Analysis of figures and take/propose actions to close gaps.
?Make sure that ETISALAT services are up & running across Vans
and D2D channels and taking the proper actions on the spot to maintain
consistency of the service.
?Maintaining & raising customer experience levels by raising the
customer complaints to the suppliers? owners & taking the right
& proper action on the spot whether by compensating the customer or
penalizing the violated supplier.
?Managing directly a Vodafone?s? team and indirectly a supplier?s
team varied from unit sales manager and area managers and supervisors to
sales reps.
?Motivate the supplier?s sales team & maintain employees'
satisfactions in order to exert their maximum effort to achieve company
objectives using different method such as seasonal contests in
cooperation with channel marketing.
?Facilitate & cascade the management future plans to sales team to work as one team.
?Provide the team with visits feedbacks.
?Coach, control and inspire direct (ETISALAT team) and indirect (supplier team) subordinates.
?Update selling standards (skills, know how, customer knowledge) for the team.
?Support accounts management with data needed for designing good planning/forecasting procedure for the channel.
?Conducting orientation sessions for the sales team to enhance their
product knowledge whether on site or in a training sessions
?Offer all ETISALAT products & services to be available and ensure proper customer experience.
?Monitor and evaluate suppliers? performance to ensure achieving the department objectives.
?Maximize customers benefit and educate them on our products & services offerings.
?Clearly communicating to suppliers? KPI?s & ensures that this
reflects on their operations & in accordance with the sales dept
objectives.
?Communicate the company directions and strategic objectives as required to the suppliers.
?Responsible for ongoing forecasting, allocation and management of
the budget including all POS materials, branding, giveaways production
and trade marketing activities in close coordination with marketing
communications in order to drive the channel towards ETISALAT?s target
and values by
?Channel budget direct management.
?Fixed payments and variable payments direct management.
?Preparing a marketing calendar
?Submit P&L statement.
?Submit supplier quarterly assessments.
?Submit supplier yearly assessment for renewal.
?Hire and recruit the best suppliers? quality and service at least cost (D2D and road show activities).
?Negotiate giveaways cost with vendors to get best quality by best price.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of Experience in the same field
